No : It would be very expensive (for society and you) to go to a specialist physician for one evening's discomfort. If this persists, see a primary care doc first. If you go to a guy with a hammer, everything looks like a nail. I'm a GI doc and i don't want to see every tom, dick and harry with one night's discomfort. You risk getting unecessary procedures.
