Probably: If your Cocaine use was infrequent and days ago, you will in all likelihood be fine. If you use Cocaine or other stimulants chronically, it may present some difficulties due to catecholamine depletion. Be quite frank with you anesthesiologist regarding all medications and alcohol as well as illicit drug use. Only by knowing your complete history can the anesthesiologist properly care for you.
