Hard to say...: Anemia is a specific blood disorder characterized by low numbers of red blood cells and hemoglobin resulting in an impaired oxygen transport capacity; therefore, you can't really "feel" anemic. You may have symptoms that are the result of anemia but if you just feel tired, anemia is only one of many possible causes. Consulting your physician is necessary for an adequate diagnosis.
