Not if you are: Doing this as a one time deal - that does not mean you have bulimia nervosa.

Why the restriction?: Why are you restricting your food in this way? People do occasionally fast for religious, spiritual, and/or health reasons -- but I do not sense this from you. It is not a healthy method for controlling weight or weight loss. If focusing on food restriction recurrently, you could be developing the eating disorder called anorexia nervosa. Bulimia means purging by vomiting, with or without binges.
