Pharmacology: Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) or Dextroamphetamine has a half-life of approx. 10-14 hrs and it takes 4 half lives for the drug to be eliminated from the body.The longest it will be in your system is appox. 56 hours if not reintroduced into the body.
