Overeaters Anonymous: Many with binge eating problems have obtained support through overeaters anonymous. You can find a local meeting through: http://www.Oa.Org/ in addition, you can work on your triggers with a psychologist or other counselor in your community. You can also learn other ways to deal with life beyond eating. If depression is worsening things beyond talking alone, psychiatrist may also be helpful.
