Yes, good point: Most ed folk never intend to have this happen - if that's what you mean by "accidental". Many psychological symptoms develop from mistaken efforts to do something good. Few want to harm themselves at the beginning of a problem. You might have wanted to avoid getting fat but got into bad patterns or habits which were even worse. It's a common tale and why we all need help sometimes. Find some, ok?
