Word games: Adhd is a label that implies both attention deficit and hyperactivity, when someone is inattentive in isolation (does happen) it is labeled add, if hyperactivity occurs without inattentiveness, it could be labeled hyperactivity disorder. As a practical feature, hyperactivity impairs focus, and I have never seen it used separately. Some folks have motor overflow habits that i would never label.
