Advanced colon ca: In advanced colon cancer-patient can be presented with significant unintentional weight loss, significant anemia, abdominal pain, enlargement of liver ( metastatic to liver can make the liver enlarged and painful), jaundice, nausea/vomiting-signs of obstruction, persistent hiccups ( iritation to phrenic nerve from liver metastases), bony pain ( although rare-colon cancer can go to bone) etc.

None to many: On occasion, there will be none. More often there can be weight loss, fatigue, bleeding, abdominal pain, nausea, change in bowel habit, feeling full shortly after eating, weight gain in the abdomen (fluid), leg swelling, shortness of breath, bone pain, bowel obstruction, jaundice, and more; can occur in isolation or together. Other conditions can cause all of the above symptoms. In doubt- cmd.

In general advanced colon cancer is associated with weight loss, weakness, intestinal obstruction causing vomiting and constipation, shortness of breath, fluid in abdomen, jaundice, pain, including bone pain, neurologic symptoms, including seizures, blood clots etc.

Depends on location: The simple answer is that it depends on the location. While this is a gross generalization: right sided cancers present with dark bloody (almost black) called melanotic stools and anemia. Ledr sides rumors typically present with a bowel obstructions.
