Bleaching vs laser: Can't be for sure what kind of patch you have and on facial cheek or below? I assume on face: since it is there 4 several years, likely not concerning for cancer. You must minimize sun exposure. Discuss with your doc about potential use of a bleaching cream or possibly seeing a doc who does laser treatments. Even with treatment, avoiding sun exposure is key to keep it lighter! good luck.
