High Fat Snack: Peanut butter is a high fat snack. You can also eat a light meal. More specifics are not given in the package insert. Administration of viibryd (vilazodone hydrochloride) with food (high fat or light meal) increases oral bioavailability (cmax increased by approximately 147-160%, and auc increased by approximately 64-85%).

PNB probably good: Peanut butter (pnb) is, as i see it, an almost wonder food when eaten with other healthy foods and in amounts that do not push you over an appropriate calorie count for your level of physical activity. There are a lot of calories in a relatively small amount of pnb. About a tsp of pnb may be enough to help with nausea from viibryd; but if not, pnb on a small piece of bread may help better.
