Not any on the news: News a few days ago said no outbreaks, but of course one cannot be sure what the real picture is on the ground. Reported: "department of health (doh) said wednesday that there is no disease outbreak yet in typhoon-hit areas but it still expects an increase in the number of patients affected by super typhoon yolanda (haiyan) ... They remain on a lookout for cases of diarrhea, fever, pneumonia, ...".
