Probably: Why are you taking this? It is comb. Of 4 meds for pain. If you are not fully fit it is dangerous to scuba. Wait until you are not disabled in any way.

Caution is advised: Mypradol contains 3 medications--ibuprofen, Acetaminophen (tylenol), and Codeine and this is often used to treat pain such as those just had surgery etc... Codeine can cause drowsiness and thus impair your judgement. If you not having any side effects and just casual scuba should be ok. Like all med, use smallest effective dose and for shortest time period possible. Consult doc. Good luck.
