Hard to say.: There is no simple answer. Having a period twice in a month is most often due to hormonal changes, but there are other causes. If your periods are usually regular, it's usually worthwhile to wait and see if your periods become regular again. If you have been having irregular periods, then i would recommend seeing your doctor. The cause could also be infection, fibroids, polyps, or other things.
