18 weeks: At 18 weeks there is not anything that the er will be able to do. If you have a specific injury to your leg or other body part they can address that. Other than checking for the baby's heartbeat there are no interventions for a baby at this gestational age. If you are having vaginal bleeding or contractions head to the hospital.
