Not in my area: Should refer to gyn onc for answer as this is not an area that a urologist treats.

A normal GYN will do: Any board certified ob-gyn can do an expert job on colposcopy. If the abnormal pap showed hpv with cin(cervical intraepitelial neoplasia) then now is the time to see the md.
