can acid reflux cause lower stomach cramps or just upper stomach?

1 doctor answer
Dr. Arthur Heller
42 years experience Gastroenterology
Upper: Other issues would cause lower abdominal cramps. Acid reflux (unless due to a rare tumor/glandular condition) would cause upper GI symptoms.
