Accident?: You haven't shared the type of accident you had. But if there was head injury (even without loss of consciousness), short term memory loss could result. As for the left-sided restlessness, you really need a complete neurological evaluation to know "its reason." this would involve history, physical exam, and various other diagnostic tests as determined by the neurologist.
