First Pregnancy?: Cervical length is fine. In the third trimester things start to stretch out more (especially during the first pregnancy) and can cause some discomfort. Persistent pain should be evaluated since pregnant women can still be subject to gallstones, kidney stones, appendicitis, etc. If symptoms are infrequent then things are likely ok. Good luck.
