Could be...: ...A lymph node. Would be wise to have your physician check it out.

Immune system: I know of no evidence that this weakens a persons immune system. To the contrary some cultures e.g. The finnish and swedish peoples practice sitting in a hot sauna and then swimming in cold water which they feel improves their health.

Age management: To help slow down aging, seek out an age management physician who can help you with hormone replacement, nutrition, exercise and supplements. You also probably need to consider cosmetic work to look younger using lasers, injectables and good skin care products. Everything is connected so start one place and get the ball rolling.

I have a crack that goes from front to back in my skull don't know how I got it.. Could that habe any thing to do with the headaches I always get an my ability to learn?

Causes of headaches: The crack in your skull is normal from front to back of the skull. This is the parietal sutures that close soon after birth. The headaches you are experiencing may be related to stress headaches, migraines, nerve compression from your neck or other causes. First i would go for a diagnostic MRI of your brain. If normal scan, i would search for other mitigating factors for the cause of your headache.
