Aphthi: Aphthous ulcers come and go - some have one in a lifetime and others have them daily. Sometimes associated with underlying disease but not often. Good oral hygiene and consideration of a "magic mouthwash" that may contain a combo of steroids / Benadryl (diphenhydramine) / kaopectate / antibiotic / anesthetic / etc. May also use oragel.
