Yes: Crossing of the eyes in a child, whether intermittent or more frequently needs to be evaluated asap. A pediatric ophthalmologist is a good start so that a comprehensive exam of your daughters visual system can be performed to rule out structural problems as well as amblyopia. If nothing more, then you need reassurance that her eyes are developing normally.
