Unlikely: Puffy eyelids could be a manifestation of allergic reaction. Kidney conditions such as glomerulonephritits and nephrotic syndrome produce a puffy face including eyelids as well.

Probably not: Anemia could make her pale, but puffy eyes is not a common symptoms of anemia.
