Various herbals: Garlic is my favorite except you'll smell like a great italian! I use a clove three times daily - slice it up and eat a small slice with each bite of your meal or it will be too hot - do this for 2-3 days and avoid the whole cold issue as it's antiviral and antibacterial. Zinc lozenges are also helpful as is olive leaf extract, and higher doses of vit c 1000mg 2-3 times daily.
