Need evaluation: Something's amiss. Sensitivity is a sign of insult to the "nerve" of the tooth. Can be from cavity, fracture, filling that needs replacement, traumatic occlusion, or many other causes. Please contact your dentist asap for an appointment to evaluate and rx your problem before your chronic problem becomes an acute problem.
