Get treatment: See your family doctor for physical workup. As long as you are not obstipated which is where your bowels are completely blocked you do not have any particularly large bezoar. Your family doctor can refer you to a gastroenterologist if necessary or simply do an x-ray of your abdomen. You can then be referred on to a psychiatrist and a psychologist for further treatment of this condition. Best wishes.
