UTI: This sounds like a uti. That pulling sensation is sometimes a marker for uti. Consider going to urgent care or doctor for that check. Sounds like you did a great job taking the next choice. If you miss a period, of course, take a pregnancy test, but sounds like it's unlikely that you're pregnant.
