Needs to be checked: Yes it can be serious and i will suggest you go to emergency room of the nearest hospital or call your doctor. You say you are vomiting blood, have horrible stomach pains, have diarrhea and feel weak.It needs to be evaluated immediately for the cause of your symptoms especially vomiting blood, and it can be serious as you may have a bleeding ulcer or severe case of gastritis or other causes for your.
