Hi, i came off the depo-provera provera (medroxyprogesterone) (1/5 last shot) no period since, everything checked. doc has me on pill to jumpstart cycle. does this sound right?

Reasonable: Some women who use Depo Provera (medroxyprogesterone) can take a number of months before the periods come back. Since the testing was all fine, it is reasonable to take birth control pills or Progesterone to try and get the periods going again. That is something i will do with my patients in this situation.
