"Cure" ... Need to : Be examined. No one can 'cure' your neck and shoulder pain or even diagnose it properly w/o a more detailed history, and then a physical exam. X-rays and other studies would be obtained if needed based on your history and phys. Exam. So, if you're neck/ shoulder pain continue see your pcp for evaluation. Good luck.
