Very difficult: It may be possible to stop temporarily, but sustained change needs assistance from a team of professionals: family doctor, psychiatrist, psychologist, nutritionist, etc. Bulimia can become life-threatening, since ongoing vomiting can lead to GI bleeding and also electrolyte imbalance, etc. There is hope with treatment, though. You don't have to keep suffering this.
