Get some support: I encourage you to seek help with a therapist who specializes in eating disorders. There are highly trained professionals who are experts in this area. There is no need to go through this alone. There is undoubtedly an underlying psychological component that requires some understanding.

Not so simple: Agree w dr. Katz. This is not a simple matter of eating less or becoming "bulimic" (which i assume means purging?). Your eating disorder is a symptom of other deeper issues. I also encourage you to work with an behavioral health provider who specializes in eating disorders. In the mean time you also need a complete medical evaluation - an addiction medicine specialist is a good choice. Bulimia.
