Delayed periods: Most likely delayed periods can happen once in a while, once periods start pain will be less. If not contraindicated, Ibuprofen 400 to 600 mg can help, apply warm pack. You are safe to take as long as pregnancy is negative. If happens for more than 3 cycles in a row , you need to see.A physician.
