Heart Attack in Men: In men that symptom alone is not in any way diagnostic of a heart attack. A heart attack in men is a bunch of worrisome symptoms all together. This includes substernal chest pain, nausea, sweating, numbness into the teeth and into the left shoulder and possible upper arm.
