Need a revisit: This cannot be answered online. The basic worry is that dark blood means blood from higher in the colon, blood means abnormal or inflamed tissue, you had a poor prep previously and thus things could be missed, and at age 52, colon cancer is on the list (although not at the top of that list) of possible reasons.
