Board requirements: The various state medical boards have the ability to restrict or revoke the license of any practitioner. Failing to have a reasonably current history and physical on any patient using long term meds has led to many such restrictions. If you are not interested I following the protocol of your doc, go somewhere else. Condoms are available at many dollar stores.
