It takes time for : Things 2get better. The problems have developed for some time before clients come 4therapy.Often it is painful 2 open old wounds in therapy or 2get in touch with feelings that are disturbing, so it may feel worse before it gets better. If u are concerned speak 2the therapist r.E. Your concerns it may help u make additional progress or shift the direction of therapy.

Talk with doctor: Your psychologist needs to know what is going on so he/she can help you. It is not in your head, it is happening, so get help.
