Yes, for sure: If they are mild to moderate there are otc creams - ask a good pharmacist for recommendations. If severe, see your doctor for advice and in extreme cases some do minor surgery if necessary. Hope your are mild. Feel better soon!

Hi doc, I am suffering from bad hemorrhoids. Some doctors advices me to go through the operation, but I prefer not, what are the alternative non-invasive treatment?
Last Wednesday I noticed the onset of a large external hemorrhoid. I have been stricken with at worst like 7/10 pain. No topical creams or tuck wipes help. Its terrible now to sit and walk. What else can I do, and how long before seeking treatment?
