When was your : Last tetanus shot? If it has been more than 10 years or you don't know - get another tetanus shot. Has any pencil lead broken off into your skin that needs to be removed? For signs of infection - redness, swelling, ^'ed pain, purulent drainage, heat, red streaks or fever - seek medical care asap. Take care.

Been noticing some foam/heavy amount of bubbles that linger later in day after working out. Pee doesnt look super dehydrated but is firmly yellow. Drinking a lot of water results in clear pee without any foam. Do I need to hydrate better?
