Symbicort (budesonide and formoterol): Increased appetite is considered uncommon with Symbicort (budesonide and formoterol). Decreased appetite is more common. Weight loss is not common but I have seen no reports linked to weight gain. Symbicort (budesonide and formoterol) contains Budesonide -a steroid.
