Scrotal itching.: First bathe often, and dry off immediately afterwards, making sure you do not put on wet clothes to prevent further irritation. OTC baking soda, talcum powder, Gold Bond powder can keep this area dry. If there is a fungal irritation, you can try OTC antifungal cream. If this does not resolve spontaneously within a few days, seek medical attention.
