I have positive blood test for celiac desease but negative endoscopy, what's going on?

Biopsy: Endoscopy per se may not show the lesions. Was a biopsy done and tissue examined by a pathologist? Just antibodies may or may not equate to disease. It would be prudent to discuss these issues with your doctor.
