Have previa. last week i could see the blood flowing out! could postural hypotension be related to it? (now on bedrest but up to bathroom)

Call your doctor: I hope you called your doctor about the blood flow. Blood pressure that drops when you sit or stand (changes with posture = postural) can be due to infection, medications as well as dehydration (ie, bleeding).
