Nausea, vomiting for over a week, what could this be?

Gastritis: It is hard to make a clear diagnosis without further information. It may be something as simple as a viral gastritis or something more serious as bowel obstruction. If you are passing gas and having normal bowel movements that its unlikely to be a bowel obstruction. If you are also feeling weak, achy and have a fever than it points to an infectious process such as a viral gastritis (stomach flu).
