Nose trouble: Most "taste" is actually mediated by the sense of smell in the nose. When there's edema and inflammation there, it's rendered inoperative.

I am experiencing changes in sense of smell.It started 3 months ago.I used to get colds in the morning.I lost my appetite because of the weird smell and tastes of foods. Although I can smell fragrant things, the smell is still different than before?
