Nipple changes: Everyone's nipples stiffen. Sometimes because they are cold and sometimes caused by orgasms, but it differs from women to women. Men's nipples stiffen too so they are basically the same reasons. Hope this helped.

About 25 really small light red and skin colored bumps on my chest starting just under my collarbone. Nothing comes out when i try popping them.
