Woman to man trnsmsn: That depends on the viral control. If someone had an undetectable viral load then the risk of transmission is low. If the man uses a condom the risk of transmission is low. If the man takes prep, his risk is low. It used to be estimated for every 20 sexual encounters with a woman positive for HIV that 1 would be infected.
