Peanut allergy: Once you get a proper diagnosis for peanut allergy, you should avoid peanut & all treenuts in general since they are usually processed in the same plant & can be contaminated with peanut proteins. There is not much cross reactivity between peanut & treenuts. Other than that you should be able to eat all other types of foods that should provide you with plenty of nutrients. Also carry an epipen (epinephrine).
