Need full evaluation: Please see your doctor. There so many potential diagnosis and this will need careful history and physical exam with possible help from investigation to come to diagnosis. First attempt would be to narrow down to possible body system being affected such as respiratory system, endocrine system, cardiac system, neuromuscular system to psychological issues. Go to ED if you think it is emergent
