So...: Thrush is a fungal infection of the oropharynx and is treated with anti fungal medications. Genital warts are viruses that cause a characteristic proliferative skin lesion at various sites of the body. They are generally treated with cryotherapy, topical medications or physical removal by excision/shaving techniques.
